Effective October 18, 2026 · We Buy Cars · Operated by Mobile Auto Cash Corp
1. Operator and scope
We Buy Cars is operated by Mobile Auto Cash Corp. These terms govern use of webuycars1.com and requests made through it. A completed vehicle purchase is governed by the final written purchase documents and applicable law. The website is an invitation to request an assessment, not a binding purchase offer.
2. Quotes and vehicle assessment
Preliminary estimates depend on accurate vehicle details, mileage, condition, title status, location, and market conditions. A final price requires an assessment and agreement. This website and its AI connector do not generate a guaranteed market valuation. You have no obligation to accept an offer.
Any proposed comparison with another dealer’s offer must be discussed before the sale. No general highest-price guarantee is created by this website. Any specific guarantee must be supplied in writing and identify its conditions.
3. Who may sell a vehicle
You must own the vehicle or have valid authority to act for its owner. Provide accurate information about condition, damage, missing parts, liens, ownership, and any restrictions on transfer. We do not buy a vehicle unless the required ownership and sale requirements can be satisfied.
4. Documents, loans, and leases
Depending on the transaction and state requirements, documents may include a title, government-issued photo identification matching the owner, lien release or lender payoff information, and authorization for a representative. A loan or lease may require lender approval and verified payoff terms. Missing-title situations are reviewed individually; acceptance is not guaranteed. Bring sensitive documents to the agreed assessment or use a separately agreed secure process, rather than uploading them here.
5. Appointment requests and timing
Submitting a request, including through an AI assistant, does not reserve a time slot. A team member confirms availability, location, and arrangements. Same-day service and a short transaction may be possible, but depend on scheduling, travel, vehicle access, inspection, documents, and lender processing. Contact us if plans change.
6. Payment
Payment is normally by bank check after the offer is accepted and sale requirements are met. Cash may be available only by prior arrangement. Confirm the payment method with our team before the appointment. Do not assume a representative carries cash. Any lender payoff, remaining balance, or amount due from the seller must be agreed in the purchase documents.
7. Pickup and towing
Assessment and pickup are free when arranged as part of an agreed purchase. For a vehicle we buy, agreed towing is included. Tell us about flat tires, blocked access, missing keys, inability to roll or steer, parking restrictions, and other access concerns beforehand. Do not abandon a vehicle or assume it will be removed until arrangements are confirmed. Plate handling and registration responsibilities depend on the state and the final agreement.
8. Communications and AI services
By sending an inquiry, you request a response about that inquiry using the contact details provided. Optional text preferences do not authorize unrelated marketing. AI assistants are independent services. Review the recipient and information before authorizing an assistant to send anything. An AI-generated statement does not change these terms or create an appointment, payment guarantee, or purchase obligation.
9. Website use and service availability
Do not submit false or abusive requests, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful files, impersonate another seller, or interfere with the website. Services may be limited by lawful ownership requirements, geography, scheduling, access, employee safety, or applicable law. Services are offered without unlawful discrimination. Contact us for accessibility assistance or an alternative way to request service.
10. Website limitations and your rights
Reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate, but errors, interruptions, and delayed messages can occur. Call if a request is time-sensitive or you do not receive a response. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by reliance on general website information or an independent AI service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits non-waivable consumer, privacy, accessibility, or other statutory rights.
11. Privacy, other sites, and content
Our privacy policy explains information handling. External providers have their own terms. Website branding, design, and media may not be copied in a way that infringes applicable rights. Illustrative generated media does not depict verified customers, staff, or vehicles offered for sale.
12. Updates and the final agreement
Updated website terms apply prospectively when posted. The final written purchase agreement identifies the parties and transaction-specific obligations. A change to this page does not silently rewrite an already completed purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. Applicable mandatory law and the terms of the final purchase agreement govern a transaction.
